#3 because of it's balanced margins. If cancels are important to you, maybe #2, but I can't really comment on relative desirability between cancel #2 & #3, I'm just going on the cancel comments above. Strictly the stamp though, its #3.

I would keep all three of course. But #3 would go in the album and the other two in a stock book (for the cancel and the jumbo margins).

Looks like no one agrees! You should have used a poll.

Heck, just get all three of them and be done, lol. I like #2 The balanced margins seem to grab my attention more so then the cancel position. A perf crease seems like a minor distraction from choosing #3 (I am not that picky). They are all nice though, good luck with your choice.

My fave of the three is #2. All are very nice appearing, but I like the cancel and centering of #2.

#1 based on size of margins and partial CDS cancel.

I'd choose #2, mostly because I've been on a bit of a cancel kick lately, and I like the almost perfect strike of the widely spaced target.

#1 hands down. I agree with Classic Coins about the face free cancel.

#3 ... probably because the selvage on all 4 sides of the stamp appear nearly the same width.

I personally dislike creases

Shermae - I do too, but of all the possible faults, a corner perf crease bugs me the least.

You should have used a poll.

I counted up the responses so far - 6 votes for #1, 6 votes for #2, 8 votes for #3. Pretty evenly split.

If they don't quote me a high price I will. Oink.

2 got SOTN and a black eye from it. I guess Martha has a good right hook.

Is it just an artifact of scanning? #1 seems to be so much more crisp & fresh.

All 3 are nice stamps, but I like #1 best for the large margins and face free cancel!
