Please show us a scan from the front. Might be easier to view and offer an opinion. It appears the holes are missing from several stamps.

This appears to be a contiguous block of eight with four different perfins. Why? Each perfin was used by a different organizations and even if one company had several different perfins they would never be used on the same stamps like this!

I took one of the perfin, made it a layer, changed the background color, made it semi-transparent, and reapplied it over the top of the other stamps.
As you can see , it pretty much fits all the other stamps minus some missing/bent pins. So my opinion is that it is the same company (CNB).

Note: the original image is skewed so the transparent layers might be slightly 'off' due to this, or it may be bend pins, or some combination.
