The first stamp is a rotary press Scott 632. The second stamp is a rotary press booklet pane single from a Scott 632a booklet pane. The lighter yellow green shade is characteristic or printings after 1930.

Clark is correct, which also means the perforation of both of your stamps is actually 11x10.5 |

this is a 632 out of one of my books but I think it was in the wrong spot. it is 11/11 22h 19w not 10.5 I brought the book a couple of years ago and just opened it to look threw it. Its a mint stamp it was hinged I seen the mark on the gum.  |

First stamp at the top on the card is 11/10.5 The 2nd stamp is also 11/10.5 my mistake with the perforation gauge. |
