Here's one of the Large Banknotes I picked from an APS Circuit. I know the bottom is a little rough, but overall, it's pretty nice (by my standards :-).



On the back is a tiny mark in purple ink. I had a difficult time getting it to scan and then I failed at adjusting the colors, so this is the best I could get:



Just out of curiosity, does anyone recognize the mark?

On another tread here, someone posted a link that may help.
It may be an expertizers mark, a sellers mark, or even an owner mark.

I have gone through the list of expertizers marks that I have. (this is in no way all possible marks) and did not see this mark. Hopefully one of our classic society members may have a better reference

My guess is that C.H.M. stands for Charles Haviland Mekeel.
