Hi guys..Still struggling with American stamps...This is a Scott 562 or Scott 591..Can not figure which one it is..Perfs are 9.85 top and 9.80 on bottom.

Any help is appreciated...Thanks.

Perfin BI, Babson Research Institute. Stamp is SC 591. My opinion: Using a perf gauge with other than 0.5 notches for US stamps will be an exercise in frustration and mis-information.

Thanks chasa..Perf was taken with computerized gauge..probably not a good idea..?
