Scott #311 Ebay Lot Analysis

I took advantage of APS's quick ID and sent this image from an ebay for analysis. The perfs looked suspicious at top and right.

The quick response stated to check the top perfs. Of course, it is an ebay lot so not possible. I did enlarge it and tried to check spacing and it does appear the right side has a different spacing than the left. The top/bottom seemed to match.



Anyone else want to venture an opinion?
