Since 504 is a 5-cent blue perf 11 stamp, I suspect you are referring to 534B ... which is an imperf type VII.
Added: At first glance, it does appear to me to be type VII. But I am no expert. I do remember one of the experts on this forum warning me about type VIIs with vending machine perfs being trimmed to look like their more expensive imperf counterparts. I do not know whether this is germane to your particular stamp.

Its not a Off-Set printing. #409 or #482 depending upon whether or not its Watermarked.

I agree, not an offset printing. I suggest you compare the detail in the leaves (say to the left of Washington's nose) with those on an offset printed version of this issue.

Added: You can also to to philatelicfoundation.org & do a search on their certificate database. 534B would be an obvious choice for an offset stamp. Compare the images of certified 534Bs with your stamp.
