Smuged "S"... should be "Des Moines, Iowa".

You have a Des Moines, roller type precancel. Problem is it is so bad that it is nearly impossible to determine if is is suppose to be a L-5, L-6 or L-7. The vertical lines should be solid, poor inking.

The L-6 is the most valuable at .25, while the other 2 are just .10 each.
