ordered the gauge from miller lake..

If I had the pdf for the second gauge, I could print my own.. I have about 100 sheets that are clear plastic. originally set up for use in a laser printer to create overhead slides.

You're welcome.

The ones with the dealer names on them . . . are they made of paper or cardboard or something?

Yes they are Puzzler, and share a common template I would say.
Or, one borrowed the design from the other.
Both very close.
They are a gimmick on a business card.

Of course, sometimes it's just easier to count the holes than to search around for where you last left the perf gauge ...

You're correct about the composition being cardboard in the originating post; the obverse of the bottom one is printed with the shop address. The top one is plain on the back.

Yeah, I found several of these inside the sealed envelopes. I took one out, then as a recognized them I left them in the envelope.

I don't know whether it is my slightly old computer or my slow dial-up connection but these super large scans are not loading into my computer.

They stop at anywhere from 1/8 loaded to 1/4 loaded for some reason. Perhaps the photo hosting site is timing out with my slower connection speed (Google mail sometimes does this until I shut everything off but the necessary).

If possible, could someone reduce these images so I can see them? Below 90 KB each please is the best for this forum but somewhat smaller is size / (resolution?) would be probably work fine also.

Thank you.
