I knew I had seen a fork on a stamp
but couldn't recall it, it was the HK issue of yours.
You must have a very good collection
going by your examples, or skilled at Googling :)

Checking through the Europa 2005 issues (Gastronomy) you can find plenty of cutlery and tableware, and cooking utensils, some of which have been shown above.

The rings are probably kalamari, in english "squid ring", calamare in french. The only time I eat that in a restaurant with a friend we had to leave because he shout out loud to the waitress his squid rings were atrocious. We had that as an "entrée". They must have good one in Cyprus.
