Here is an image of a stamp depicting a woman bathing a child, a water spigot, and a tub full of water, designed by Laotian artist Ng Cam, engraved by Jean Miermont, and issued by Laos on March 30, 1965 to publicize Japanese aid (as one of a set of four stamps recognizing foreign aid), Scott No. 105.

Singapore 2013 Conquering Our Water Challenges. The lower black and white photo shows a scene of early day Singapore when people had to queue for their water from a water truck, the coloured one above shows the workers celebrating at the Newater water recycling plant.

Today is World Water Day! Here is an image of a stamp depiciting water polo, printed by photogravure, and issued by Japan on July 16, 2001 to publicize the 9th FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation) World Aquatics Championships, held in Fukuoka, Japan, Scott No. 2778.

Tunisians have long enjoyed bathing in mineral water, and nowadays they are also drinking it in bottles. Here are images of the four stamps in a set publicizing the natural mineral waters of Tunisia, printed by photogravure (Joh. Enschedé), and issued by Tunisia on January 18, 1966, Scott Nos. 455-58.

This sheet of Russian Water Stamps shows the different forms of water on Earth, even the droplets in a rainbow, but the hands cupping water for drinking are central in the pictures. The background contours and those in the first 'stamp' are from a satellite photo of the Nile delta and the Suez canal surrounded by desert. Can anyone help with the Russian translation?
