Thanks Rod. I have a few more of these...from Tallinn and Tartu.
There are minor differences of design on these. The word "POST" appears after the posthorn image on the left on the Lepa label. The wording after the "check boxes" is switched and slightly different also.
They all appear to be of an identical size, however; 45mm x 75mm. |

The current Irish airmail labels are surprisingly small. At 10mm x 26mm they are not lilliputian (apologies to Jonathan Swift), but they are smaller than any others I've ever seen. Here are two pics for comparison. The first is a small, 2017 booklet stamp and airmail label on piece. This frog stamp is the same height, but narrower than a current, horizontal format U.S. flag coil stamp. The second pic is a 1999 vintage airmail label (13mm x 41.5mm) on cover with the current airmail etiquette shown for comparison. |

Here's an air mail etiquette on a registered cover from Zimbabwe - Here's an etiquette similar to the one in the previous post on a cover from Belgian Congo - Second class air mail etiquette on cover from Zambia - |

This July 3, 1978 packet card piece from Helsinki to Vaasa bears 2 "pika express" (long express) labels indicating expedited delivery. And, another one from 1979. |
