Ettore Arco Isidoro Bugatti (1881-1947) was an Italian-born French automobile designer and manufacturer. Here is an image of a stamp featuring a portrait of Bugatti, and depicting the distinctive Bugatti "horseshoe" grille and emblem, designed after a photograph by R. Baur, and engraved by Jean Pheulpin, and issued by Monaco on November 5, 1981 to commemorate Bugatti's birth centenary, Scott No. 1304, plus an image of the cover of a book entitled Ettore Bugatti: L'artisan de Molsheim, by Norbert Steinhauser, on which is a reproduction of the original photograph of Ettore Bugatti used as a model for this stamp's design, and a photo of a vintage Bugatti Veyron grille.

"Fill 'er up!", designed by Norwegian-Swiss graphic artist Enzo Finger (1955- ) after a photograph c. 1930, printed by lithography, and issued by Norway on September 9, 1999 as one of a set of eight stamps depicting pictures from everyday life, Scott No. 1230, Facit No. 1363. Note: The man in the photo was A. Aarseth of Kleive, a village in Romsdal county, Norway. Note: The car looks to me as though it might be a later (1920s) version of the Ford Model T.
