Imperf but its a forgery not the real mcCoy. Guess even that particular forgery is worth a few bucks but it won't make the album. Been seeing more of the first 10 lately but just havn't commited to pulling the trigger . Maybe sell all my US and go on a shopping spree. |

Some incredibly nice collections here, both pence and cents. I recently managed to get my completed Admiral series on the page(s). Was pretty happy about that. Working on the coils, and have a mint collection started. Also a bunch of variations on vario pages. |

Admirable! I've also got my mint and used 1931 12 X 8 perf pair to complete the 'set'. |

Hi jamesw, The way I have designed my albums is to initially display the complete series of individual stamps (ie. Admirals) in its various sets (ie. Sheet, Coil, Booklet, precancel, perforated, etc..As shown in previous scans in this thread), and then display each individual stamp in its various varieties. Here is the scan of the individual Admiral 3c Carmine stamp in its various printing varieties. This is where I show Scott 184 - the 12x8 perforated sheet single. |

Here's an item I picked up recently. Canada 83 82 with CDS and jumbo margins on the right and left. It's not a rare stamp, but the margins are quite unusual. Brian |

Rileysan: my somewhat dated references show the 8c queen as Canada Scott#82. Has it changed or have I made a mistake. |

Here is an interesting cover to add to the discussion of classics. It is the 2nd earliest known use of the perf 12.5 three cent small queen. It is dated February 1, 1870 at SAINT JOHN, N.B. The earliest known is from HALIFAX dated January 29, 1870. GJP |

I received a really nice 23 and 24 in the mail, today, and wanted to share my upgraded page of large queens. I would like opinions on the stamps with chads hanging off the perforations (1c, 6c, & 12.5c) ... should I remove the chads? They make the stamps look bad, if not damaged, until you take a closer look. Enjoy! Brian |

Hi, I have some early Canada taking up shelf space. Do these qualify as 'Classic' ? I have more I could post up if someone can tell me what qualifies. Thanks, Rod |
