Like the header states, I just received a big stockbook chock full of older World Wide stuff. There is some beautiful stuff in there but I only chose a few just to showcase the first 3 pages...I have a ton of sorting to do yet however there are lots of sets and these are from a few of them and also just tossed in a few singles that appealed to me. Any info would be just wonderful! Thank you for taking a look. I may be selling some of this stuff but am really unsure yet. ok here is the stuff I was talking about!
Is there anything here I should maybe take a closer look at?

Oh for heaven sakes! I posted this in the Canadian forum! Sorry I'll repost in the world stamp section. I'm sorry.

That's ok, there are some Newfie stamps there. That should qualify it for the Canadian section, for a little while, anyway. Your map of Newfoundland is 1908, worth $1.50-$2.50 (Unitrade 2011). The King Eddie looks vermilion (there's an orange version too), 1898. Queen Alexandra, next to him, is from the same issue.
The two landscapes and the War Memorial are from the Pictorial issue of 1923-24, the King George V and Queen Mary from the 1911 Royal Family issue. Codfish 1932-37 Definitive issue. Most are minimal value, but Newfoundlands printings always make for good flyspecking. Get your loupe out!

Can't wait to see the rest!

I'm actually sort of curious about the stamp with Roosevelt on it. Any info on it? Thank you James for that great info! I thought those Newfoundland stamps were spectacular. There are quite a few pages all jumbled up and since, as you know I don't collect WW stuff, I have no idea what I'm really looking at but I can tell you this- I'm fascinated by it all as well as a little overwhelmed.

The Roosevelt is from San Marino. There's a complete set, including airmails. I had a bunch but sold them last year. They were issued in 1947. They also come with surcharges.
