Because of some threads on some of the Stamp groups I belong to, I got interested in some Liberty Coil pairs I had won in an auction quite a long time ago. I did not have any album pages to mount them in though. Learning of all the different varieties of the coil stamps got me thinking... so, I asked Kevin Blackston (of www.philosateleia.com) if he would consider making some specialty album pages for the liberty Coil series varieties. He kindly agreed. He's not sure when he will get them posted to his site to make them available as an optional download. I have an advanced copy of the pages. They are for coil pairs of the Scott listed Liberty Series Coils varieties. If anyone is interested in a copy (5 pages) just contact me and I will e-mail you the pages so you can print them out. The files are in both PDF and Open Office. Kind Regards, Dave N.

This free album is quite impressive, with quarterly updates. My only issue with it, is the fact they have have decided to mount positional (self-adhesive) se-tenants as individual stamps. Though, I understand his logic in doing so, I don't choose to collect that way. |

I do. I was hoping Dave or someone who has those pages is still on here and could email me those pages.

Scroll to the bottom of this page: http://www.philosateleia.com/album/pages/I believe the OP was referring to the "extras" section Dan |

Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example. I collect for enjoyment, not investment. APS Member #223433 Postmark Collectors Club Member #6333 Meter Stamp Society Member #1409 |

Sorry for not responding sooner. Had to take some time off from stamps. Yes, they are in the extras section. Or send me a PM if you can't get them from the website....

Hi angore,
If you print the pages out, I'd like to see scans after you've mounted your stamps to them!

Thanks. I am in sponge (research) mode. I have Mystic / Steiner and looking to go back and redo some of the definitive pages. I am trying to decide on a style and these look like a balance between matching Mystic but adding a few more details. If you put the catalog number, would you put above or below frame?
My first challenge is the Great Americans.

My personal preference is to have all data including catalog number, perfs/die cut, description. Etc below the stamp. The Great Americans is another good stamp series. It has lots of die cut, color, and tagging varieties. I made my own pages for these, but may want to delete some of the spaces for scarce varieties I will probably never get. I'd like to see your Great American pages... |
