Canada High Dollar Jubilees- Queen Vic Needs A Shave

Whay did they make roller cancels . Here are the $3-4-5 jubilees in about the ugliest form possible. Shame cause they are decently centered. Unitrade notes that extreme roller or smudge cancels are more common and reduce value up to 50% .

These "Killer" cancellations are awful, but typical. My $2 value is only slightly better than the one pictured.

I have this $2 with a roller cancel not to bad could be worst.
The gentle man that gave it to me said it has a nice centering but the cancel only makes it worth cigarrette paper lol.
I was doing some work for him and stamps was brought up he asked if I have a Canadian collection and what was my favorite stamps I mention that I really like the jubs and working on the higher dollars. Well the next moring he comes over to me and handed me this stamp.
He happens to have a mint and use collection of canada except the 12 black. Spent a day drooling over his collection

Jack your $2 looks like a twin to mine. Now I just need a $1 and that part of the bucket list is checked off. Then the early pence issues- Might have to get them 1 perf at a time and crazy glue together.
