Meeting SCF Members

I would like to meet more from the SCF..Londonbus has an invite if he ever comes to the Northeast..and if anyone else passing through gives us a little notice I would be glad to meet them !

Also the man for Metered stamps, lots of cool stuff, I wished I'd remember where my meters have gone! He has only one commerical album and it's from Spain. Smauggie, your no slowtch either. Enjoyed lunch at the T&T Galley, ben back twice since!

Meeting up is great - have met up with LB many times and AnthonyUK. Also had the pleasure of meeting Doug during my last trip to Canada - I have new appreciation for Picture Postage.

I live in London - if anyone finds themselves going to the Saturday market at Charing Cross or a Stampex then drop me a line. (or if you feel like a cold one)

Smauggie & I now work for the same employer currently & this past September my division was transfered to the same complex Smauggie's group is in. So we run into one another on & off and do lunch occasionally. Also have a Stamp dealer 1/2 mile away to check out!

Warrehouse, are you working in Golden Valley ? I live about 5 minutes from Smauggie, just across the River. Maybe if you guys are available there is the Fallpex show in September over in Bloomington. I'm hoping to attend the Minnesota Stamp expo on the 22nd of this month but I'm returning from vacation that weekend and not sure if I'll be back in time for it.

I am near Guatemala City, actually in Mixco which borders Guatemala City, Guatemala. My hometown is York, PA and my wife is from Madison Heights, MI; both of which I get to visit every 2-3 years usually in December.

So you work over by Bel-Aire Stamps. I was wondering which Stamp shop since there's basically only 2. I'm over in Newport (Hwy 61 & 494)

And the other one doesn't sell foreign stamps as far as I know except at auction.

Did not know that about GV Stamps as I don't purchase Stamps from them. Also looks as if I will be back in time for the Minnesota Stamp expo and I'll probably take my Son there on Sunday the 22nd as the dealers love him and he loves Stamp shows.

I will be there. Won't be exhibiting though. :o(

It has been hard to find the last few bits of material I need for my exhibit.

What do you exhibit? Perhaps this forum could be used to find some of those elusive pieces that are needed to finish or improve an exhibit. We could start a new topic "looking for ......."
