Hello everyone, there is an attractive stamp up on ebay
(Item number: 180966615173) that is not in Scott. Can anyone identify it and put a value on it?

Thanks!

Byrum lists it as 1938. Bob's link lists it as 1943. Byrum is old, so it might have outdated information?

Apparently, two varieties of overprint exist, 13.5mm long and 16mm long. The shorter variety has a higher value relative to the longer variety. The 16mm overprint comes within half a letter of each side of the frame. The shorter overprint is well within the vignette, if that helps you guess at which one this is.

Each set has six values, and the small value in each set (5c rose lilac) has a very significant premium over the rest. (Byrum's values are forty years old, so I'm only talking about relative values between the stamps in the sets.)

The same seller has dozens of Andorra, some cheap, some expensive, complete with a "zero" Feedback. All his 200 current lots are "A" countries; could be someone working his way through an inherited worldwide album, A to Z.

Thanks all, with this new info I have found the set and a MNH copy of the Zep (best of the set by far) available on delcampe.net. I'd never seen these before. Gotta love this global communication!
