I don't collect Nauru, but Grandma kept herself busy in the earlier years. Though it is posted elsewhere, I was intrigued by the Scott 31-34 series, or "His Majesty's Service 1910-1935". Here are the 2p and 2 1/2p versions, with some interesting things noted.

Firstly, isn't this just the most beautiful color and detail? Just wonderful, in my opinion.

But I noticed an odd "apostrophe" at the very end of Jubilee. I then noticed this on my 1 1/2p version too, so probably very common.

But what I thought was more interesting was the scribe mark on the far left side. It looks like they forgot to erase something.

This then made me look closer at the 2 1/2 version, where I don't see the apostrophe, but I do see the far left scribe, but also a diagonal scribe, starting at the top right corner.

Anybody out there with the apostrophe or the diagonal scribe line? Interesting.
