OK my buddy found a pile of old stamps and a few look like this. They are not anything that I collect but I was unable to locate this in any of the reference materials I have (eg. Scotts PDF on discs) So I was hoping one of you World Wide collectors could I.D. this for us? Is this a forgery? because the only one I could find that is similar has an overprint and duly notated that forgeries exist? Unsure about it all...lol

They are Bulgarian stamps (from 1919) overprinted in 1920 with surcharge for "Prisoners of War Fund" (SG). In Scott they would be listed under the semi-postal section (which I suppose those B numbers refer to).
