Just bought an insanely huge collection and promised my wife I would keep it hidden until after Christmas. However I had to poke around a bit- Found this in glassine all by itself in a bag of magnifying periphenalia .
Says Berlin 1959 but I don't think its German , Paper is watermarked with stars and what is kind of odd is it has a cancel although not enough to read. I'm sure someone can fill in the ?? on this one.

The wording looks Hungarian too. Perhaps something about a socialist postal minister's meeting. If you check a catalog of Hungarian stamps around 1959, you might find a stamp commemorating such a meeting, with a label.
Cheers, Robert

Language is Hungarian. Says something about the ministers of the Socialist party.

It's a label that attaches to a Hungary SC1232 for the Postal Ministers Conference in Berlin.

The label shows the East Berlin Opera House.
