Canada Post uses (at least) two sizes of glassine envelopes at their post office outlets.
A picture is worth a thousand words...
The larger "Mountie" glassine will hold most of today's panes (eg. the just released 'Year of the Snake' pane of 25 fit nicely into this envelope).
