I found that I couldn't tell whether it had an underprint until the stamp was dried after soaking.

I found a used #2617 Queen Elizabeth II .63 (2013) also has an underprint. I haven't got any duplicates yet. Was this issued only with the underprint?

thanks

The Permanent(tm) QEII design of 2013 was issued with (Sc 2617b) and without (Sc 2617) the underprint.

The Permanent(tm) Canadian Pride self-adhesive stamps (5 designs) of 2013 (Sc 2612-16) were issued with and without the underprint.

All of the 2013 Baby Wildlife coils and booklets (Sc 2603-10) were released only with the underprint.

All of the 63c denominated stamps from December 2013 (Canadian Pride, QEII and woodchuck coil) were released only with the underprint.
