First seems to be indeed an insurance stamp (railway, package insured up to the sum of 1.000 Mark, for the sum of 3 Mark -overprint)- Europaische Güter- und Reisegepack Versiecherunge- Aktiengesellchaft. Second picture - the upper one: Speisekartoffeln - pantry(?) potatoes - it seems to be a ticket for potatoes: the date suggests a II WW ration-ticket for civilians in times of scarcity. 16.O4. 1945
Thanks Wadmalatz, I have never had before that one (insurance) stamp. It is probably from the German inflation period (early 1920-ies), because 100% increased price (from 1,5 to 3 M) is pretty high surcharge for the same service.
