Hi filipo,

Yes, it's an 1884 Turkish revenue for newspapers and advertisements (and the picture above is upside down!)

These were stuck on the paper before printing, in this case in Greek.

Yes, it's Forbin "Affiches et Journaux" #2 (unwatermarked) or #2a (watermarked).

It's also McDonald "Newspapers & Advertisements" #2, #2a, #2b (all watermarked in different shades), #3 or #3a (both unwatermarked in different shades).
