This stamp is apparently from something called a charity booklet. I assumed that a charity booklet stamp would be a Cinderella, but this one has postmarks.
I'd like to know more about charity booklets and I'm researching! But about the stamp...
What do you think? Cinderella?

Definitely a cinderella. The dead giveaway is that there is NO DENOMINATION on the face of the stamp. If it was a legitimate postal issue or even a semi-postal, there would be numerical denomination(s) noted on the stamp.

The stamp shown is from France. Here's an ebay listing with both a 1934 and your 1936 example shown. You will note the seller's reference is "France - Charity Cinderella Greeting Stamp - Anti-Tuberculosis 1934-1936":

Some other examples from France are shown here:

Thanks Wt1,
As I suspected...I guess maybe it got postmarked along with whatever legitimate postage that was on the envelope.
I did see an ebay posting that had an entire booklet, and that's how I knew it came from one. I also discovered semi postals in my search. Interesting!
Thanks for the additional pics!

France made many of their charity stamps in booklet form.
You'll find many variations for Tuberculosis and Red Cross and others
