Hi,
The Austria stamps I see in the Google link are Newspaer stamps and thus known as revenue type stamps.

Usually found in the rear or back of catalogues. Perhaps Michel puts or places them in the year date they are used with regular postal use stamps.

I do not know them well at all though, so cannot tell if they are fakes or replicas or forgeries.

It is nice to ost the photos on Stamp Community also, as many people like to see the stamps but do not like to go through links to see them.

Doug

I'd agree with Doug. They look to be early Austrian Newspaper stamps, but the illustration in my 2003 Scotts is soooo crude, I couldn't tell you if they are authentic or not. But the notation reads, "Originals of Nos. P2-P3 (thats yellow and rose colours) are usually in pale colors and poorly printed...Numerous reprints of Nos. P1-P4 were made between 1866 and 1904. Those of Nos. P2-P3 are always well printed and in much deeper colors"
It goes on about types, but I'm going to wager a guess that, since yours look so nice and crisp, they are probably reprints. Scott doesn't give a value for the reprints.
