Yours is a revenue, so Scott won't list it. The same basic design was used for documentary revenues starting in 1878. I would guess yours was part of the 1882 issue, but someone with more experience in identifying these would have to confirm that. There are differences in the depiction of the sun, and color shades.
This appears to be a 'fiscal' stamp, used from 1878 to 1882.
It is listed in my "1915 Forbin Revenue Catalogue" (reprint) and assigned #3. This is a federal issue. The stamp is known with varieties of the sun's rays, though not listed clearly in the Forbin reprint.
I don't expect that it has a lot of monetary value, but it is a neat piece.
Argentine revenues are frequently available in small, mixed lots, which seem to be indifferent to any actual catalogue value of the stamps.
It is always possible that these have some extraordinary value compared to most others, but that would take some pretty specialized knowledge to discern. They were on the lower end of the CV spectrum in 1915, and that is the resource that most sellers still seem to be using for reference.
