It's the 25 ore gray and green issue. There's a few types based on perforation sizes, watermark types and inverted frames. If you're using Scott check the perforation first. If it's 14x13 1/2 than it's Scott 32 (wmk. 112). If it's perf. 13 than check the watermark to see if it is Wmk. 112 or Wmk. 113 (different variations of a crown). Scott 50 has wmk. 112 and Scott 50b. has wmk. 113.
As for the date: July (day to far left and cut off) 1895. Scott 50b was issued 1902 or afterwards according to Scott so the same is either #32 or #50 based on perforation size. The 12-1E is for time of day. The town appears to be Kjobenhavn which is Copenhagen. Sometimes the type of postmark is called a CDS bridge postmark based on design.
