A friend of mine has the following revenue stamps on documents from the 1860's to 1870's. He would like to know if they are catalogued in any way and if they are interest to collectors.

I have no knowledge of U.K. revenues.

I've seen references to a catalogue, "The Impressed Duty Stamps of Great Britain", by Frank, Schonfeld & Barker (1981) but haven't seen the book itself.

Scott won't have any record of those, but SG might.

The book does exist. In fact more than one exists. Most basic embossed revenues of GB have a relatively low cat value until they reach at least into the thousands of pounds of face value. Embossed revenues started about 1660, so the early examples are likely to be worth more than the later ones, depending on whether anyone famous is involved. I have about 75 of these, the earliest being from 1706.
