I was looking at some ebay listings for 19th century covers and came across one with what appears to be a rather early (1867) postal marking that reads "Have Your Letters Directed to Your Street and Number", presumably applied at South Dedham, Massachusetts.

Has anyone ever seen such an early use of this postal marking before?

Here's an image of the entire cover and the ebay link:

I saw that cover... IMO it's faked and I do believe that's a later cancel, likely banknote era at least.

The stamp does not appear to be tied to the cover.
I don't believe there would have been a push for street address' being added to covers that early.
