This cover, dated to Mar, 10 1884 .... I have many doubts about its authenticity.
is this possible?(marks of return and the duplex postmark type)

Well just my opinion here but it looks 100% legit to me! Some neat auxiliary markings too!

looks fine to me.
Duplex cancellations devices were widely used from the mid '60s (some early ones in NYC in the late '50s).
purple ink, while not widely used, was in use for both cancellations and auxiliary handstamps by the 80's
pointing hand handstamps were available from suppliers.

I did not know that purple ink was so early and the canceller model purple exists.
... because of that I thought that those marks could be fake.

By the sound of this marker, Ward, Nevada (now a ghost town) was not a very pleasant place to be in the late 19th century. Then again, many of that era wanted to seek out their fortune in the mines:



Note that the location was in White PINE County, not White Tine County, as indicated on the cover.
