The first re-entry is 51ii. I have some nice copies of this one including a position block. It is stamp #82 but the plate is unknown.
The 1c stamp was printed from two plates. I am sharing the discovery copy it was used to illustrate this re-entry in Unitrade Catalogue. Ralph Trimble used images of several of my stamps to illustrate re-entries in Unitrade with my permission.

Re-entry 51ii (Plate pos. 82):

Note small dot in A, Slight doubling in Crown and POST.

Re-entry 51iii:

Note doubling in DA and PO and slight doubling in crown.

I do not have 51iv yet. Still Looking for it.

Wert, I have 3 different ones, and one is exactly like yours. Looks like guidelines not properly erased on that position. The second one has a diagonal line through the O of Postage, and the 3rd one appears normal

Wert, The lines and dot you refer to were used as guides to lay out the images on the plate.
