My Scott #2 with nearly four margins is my pride and joy. Its not as nice as some of the others posted here as far as centering but it is a fault free stamp (no thins, creases, holes, etc.).

southpaw...Tommy is right about #28 and #29 being almost the same..Just for fun, here is a Scott #28 forgery.

51studebaker..Those are nice stamps to be proud of...

Coriandre...Forgot all XMAS stamp...Here is mine, and the 2 on the right hand side are well centered.

The Xmas stamps from 1898 shown by Wert and Coriandre are very nice. I have a great example of #85 with nice centering even on the red ink (shown below) but am having a hard time to find one in similar quality for #86b which is the most desirable to me because of the obvious deep blue third colour. My attraction to the deep blue shade must be shared by many since it is always significantly more expensive to get I nice copy than it is for the standard version with little or no blue oceans. #85 and #86 are catalogued at the same value but a perfect copy of #86 is always very expensive.

I like the ones attached to envelopes with letters in them. And some of my "best" don't even have stamps.

Thanks for the info on the #29. I don't have any of the varieties you mentioned, and unfortunately my used #28 doesn't make the cut for "best" stamp. From the same collection where I got the #29 is this #31 which is pretty nice too. Its MLH.
