Hi guys...We all know the reputation of the "Vincent Graves Greene
Philatelic Research Foundation
'..It is without a doubt the premier philatelic organization of North America..They are expertise when it comes to forensic investigation...There so called "flyspecting" is second to none..OR IS IT....??
look at their main page and look at the beaver logo..Seems he is sitting in mid air..Front paws on books and back paws and rump in mid air..haha.


NO DISRESPECT INTENDED..JUST GOOD OLD FASHION HUMOUR..

It looks like the beaver is in the act of climbing the pile of books. One could make that out to be a symbol of being in a constant state of acquiring more knowledge, which would be fitting.

Thanks for the humour Robert. We got a kick out of it.

The logo was originally designed by Ken Rowe who was one of the original directors of the Greene Foundation with Vinnie Greene and Harry Sutherland.

We like to interpret the levitating rear end as a symbol of the fact that everybody at the Greene Foundation is too busy to sit on his / her butt!
