Here's a picture of the official Canada Post first day cover for the recalled issue. Others are selling their own privately made fdc's and passing them off as official fdc's.

Whereas the booklet and souvenir sheet prices on ebay are sinking down to reasonable, the interest in the post card has sky-rocketed. This is likely due to the facts that Canada Post probably did not send out any post cards to the post offices during that crucial few days before recall.
Check the prices on the three on ebay: 252081476099 281800893191 252102955738
You will be surprised.

Believe it or not, I actually received one from Canada Post in a pre-order. Lucky me!

The Unitrade 2016 Canada stamp catalogue has the recalled "Hoodoos" stamps listed in it.

Does Unitrade 2017 list the Hoodoos in used condition?
Also, does it list the ones from the Hoodoos panel used in period (July 4 to July 8, separately that the re-issued ones?

Yes. It is #2845 $20 mint $17.50 used. The booklet #2847a is mint only 30 and the s/s is $60 both mint and used.
(And my postal card is $500, unused only.)
I can't understand your second question.

Sak,
the booklets also contained the others 2846 and 2847 that were part of the booklets but were also recalled for a short period. Here are picture of "in-use" and that were processed tru the mail on July 9th. In reality, they should be as rare as the Hoodoo since they were also recalled. Not sure if there is any difference between the "1st printing July" and the "2nd printing - august).

Interesting...
No, Unitrade does not bother to list the four repeated stamps - they have no new Scott numbers.
Do you mean to say that, with a date stamp cancellation, one might distinguish between the two printings?

#2857b (which would be the new Wood Buffalo stamp) could be distinguished when paired with #2857a, not #2844a.
