I have a couple of stamps where the town name appears to be 12.5, like an L-7. But there is a period after COLO, which makes them more like the picture of L3.

Can L7 have a period after the state?

And are there bars on lines on these two? My stamps have lines.

If they are bars -- what are my stamps?
