Found this one today and thought it was a cool and a little creepy for some reason. Thought I'd throw it up and see if others had odd over inked cut squares they thought were cool.
Not over inking but may be due to ink build up in those areas which then simulates part of the impression to be printed. Inking freak of little additional value on a common stamp.
