Mystic Heirloom Binder Slip Cases

I purchased some Mystic slip cases for my Heirloom albums. I had purchased a used one on ebay so they seemed ok. I ordered 7 Thursday and they were delivered today. They were loosely packed in a large box. Unfortunately, two were defective - split at seams.

Since I cannot talk to anyone at Mystic until Monday, from what I can tell, I am only eligible for a credit or refund but I have to pay for shipment back. I will see if they will replace and cover the shipping.

Good luck. I have sixteen MYSTIC slipcases and did not experience any problems. I did have a slipcover problem with two of my Lighthouse binders. My guess is that MYSTIC will cover the return shipping or will give you a credit for your return shipping costs. Please keep us informed.

I had a similar problem with a Mystic slip case that was defective. They shipped a new one out and did not ask for the old one back.
