I purchased some Mystic slip cases for my Heirloom albums. I had purchased a used one on
ebay so they seemed ok. I ordered 7 Thursday and they were delivered today. They were loosely packed in a large box. Unfortunately, two were defective - split at seams.
Since I cannot talk to anyone at Mystic until Monday, from what I can tell, I am only eligible for a credit or refund but I have to pay for shipment back. I will see if they will replace and cover the shipping.
