Details also has a "Lenticular souvenir sheet enlargement" measuring 560mm wide by 360mm high at $140.00 !
From the illustration, the "stamps" have no perfs but do have "CANADA $5" - so does that make them real stamps and valid for postage?
I'm also wondering what the April-June quarterly pack will have for this issue. |

There are some weird dependencies to...Take a look at the sheet I bought below. Robert ENTERPRISE HAS 4 LIGHTS ON IN ONE PICTURE. AND 3 ON ANOTHER. KLINGON SHIP IN ONE PICTURE HAS LIGHTS ON WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE ALL THE TIME AND OTHER PICTURE HAS NO LIGHTS ON. Just saying...haha |

Quote: For those who have the FDCs, can you tell whether the stamps are from the booklet (i.e. sim perfs) or the pane/SS's (real perfs)? From the pictures in Details and the price of single FDCs they appear to all have stamps with Permanent denominations (other than the lenticular SS FDC). So they're from the self-adhesive booklet. The stamps in the panes and prestige booklet have various denominations; only the Kirk stamp is Permanent. |

Robert, Robert, have you never had the need to go use the bathroom?

Perhaps the Klingons "powered down" so that the folks back home wouldn't know what was going on up there. |

I know I might be opening a can-o-worms here but I have to ask the ever important question. I do love the set, but why no Uhura(Nichelle Nichols). Don't get me wrong I like the Canadian connection with Kor (John Colicos). But I was so hoping for a all star cast with Chekov (Walter Koenig)also in the mix also. we all know Shatner ,Doohan and Colicos are Canadian and Nimoy is attached to Vulcan, Alberta. But what is Kelley's attachment to Canada (unless I missed something let the ribbing begin). It is a beautiful set but I think it would have been a nicer 6 stamp set. Just had to say my two cents and sorry if I insulted any one (very Canadian apologies lol) |

I agree with NorthernO that Uhura and Chekov should have been included so all bridge crew were represented as Deforest Kelly, aka Bones, was. |

Quick question about the souvenir sheets contained within the "Original Series Stamp Booklet"... are they perforated at the margin to aid in removal from the booklet? I've noticed a few listings for individual sheets from the booklet on ebay ( http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=ite...05&alt=web), and I'm wondering how the sellers are removing them in a clean fashion? |
