The first picture has light exposed and the second is natural sunlight

To me, it appears to be identical to the stamp in this link

Even the oval in the coat of arms is 'faded' in the same way

Forgeries of these are common, but can be tough to distinguish without a very close examination. Any chance you have the ability to make/post a hi-res scan?
