I have first issue revenues with black and with blue handstamped cancellations. Are there other colors of ink that were used? In addition, does the color of a handstamp affect the price like it often does with classic U.S. stamps? The same questions would apply to printed cancellations as well.

Design and type of company is usually far more important then color on revenues. Black and blue handstamp cancels are both very common. Red is somewhat less common, but still not scarce. Green is very scarce, just as it is with postage.
