At least I think it is. How much does that upper left corner hurt the value? (Also has hinge on back)

I don't know if it is #1. I think #1 has a red overprint. Anyway, the corner missing makes this a spacefiller.

Peter is correct. Yours is #2 with black overprint. #1 is overprinted in red.
