"When you are getting very serious about stamps, you get book in all language and all period of time"

Good for you area66, good for you.
Thought getting serious with stamps means buying stamps, collecting stamps buying some stamp catalog etc., hem but I believe buying Stefan King's book or polite communication book, they still can offer something a person might need, but definitely will not help you with stamps.
In case you meant books about stamps so then please don't take into consideration what I wrote just a few sentences before.

Robi

I picked up another used copy, without the overprint. The "1" in 10 matches my previous used copy (with the overprint).

Partime, how do you feel about the odd man out stamp? Have you seen any other examples where the overprint is so well printed? (Quite a difference from what others I have seen.)

I am getting more curious about this stamp. I didn't search too far at the local show, since I found a few examples. I'll have to search more at the next show. Plus, I'll carefully check the perfs and watermark to see if there are any anomalies. Thanks for your comments.

From what I can see . They was 3 printings done
The color design
The lettering
The nominal value

That will explain why the difference in position between lettering and nominal . But still will be interesting to know what king of printing they was using
