Need Help To ID Some Asian (Chinese Or Japanese?) Revenue/Port Tax Type "Stamps"

Hello forum!

I took a bit of time trying to ID what looks like revenue/port tax type stamps from Asia. If I could read those characters it would probably be a bit easier They are very small and great looking really...

Can anyone help ID what these are? Apologies if these are just "regular" Asian stamps but nothing else looks like this in my collection for those.

These are China, as opposed to Japan or some other Asian country.

I'm totally without my references at the moment, but they would either be China (before the Taiwan/PRC split), or else Taiwan (actually, Scott calls Taiwan "Republic of China"). They may be postal savings stamps, but I'm not sure. If they are, then I'm afraid Scott won't list them.

I'm sure someone will come along who knows way more about this than I do, but I just wanted to go on and get you directed into the right country(-ies).

They're all Postage Due stamps of China; the third stamp was for Northeast China.
