Hi guys...Here are two normal covers that anyone would get in the mail..Question is if you look at both covers, one is 32 cens, but the other is 32 overprinted to 34 cents... 1 - Did the post office do this before cancelling the cover to allow for postal increase...? 2 - Did they over print all covers in their ware house to allow for increase from 32 to 34 cents before selling to the public..?

Hi Robert! Good questions... But I am more curious about Popsicle Pete! I am assuming that this nickname is because he lives in Canada where there are only two seasons; winter and August? Don |

Robert, look 4 lines down at U119. That is the one! And I wish you would put the covers' picture back - they are nice!

We do have two seasons in Canada - but they are winter and construction. |

Popsicle Pete, was a company that made frozen Popsicles here in Canada. You would mail in either wrappers or the sticks, that had points marked on them along with some money to get prizes. |
