Greetings from Canada,
I feel pretty foolish that even with a 2015 Unitrade, I cannot identify these stamps.
I assume the 1 cent green is Scott 163 and I think Die 1, making it 163b. 163 xxii has subset plate 1 all corners but is this a corner? Bottom right? And what is reversed?

I have similar problems with 2c brown plate 10 and 2 cents red Plate 4.

All four blocks have upper pair hinged and lower MNH. Should I split them?
Do these things still sell?
Grateful for guidance
Michael367

I admit to being confused by your stamps, but I'm more into post-1950 issues.

One Cent
The perforated edges do not fit booklets (163a and 163c) and as you've stated that the 1 cent is die I, then they must be 163b as you thought. However, the non-perforation is odd for a pane stamp in my opinion. Also the bottom of the block has green ink suggesting an ink spill or poorly separated panes from the sheet.

Two Cent
The odd upper perforation suggests separation into panes from the sheet so this would be an UR plate 10 Die II SC 166.

Two Cent - red

Again, the extra colour in the margin is confusing to me and is a UR or LR SC165.

Reversed means that the number was printed backwards.

These are all web-fed Stickney rotary press printed corner plate blocks. These were perforated by a bar and wheel perforator. The horizontal perfs were perfed with rotating bars that did not fully perf the whole side margins while the vertical perfs were perfed with rotating wheels that did fully perf. This format is more popular with U.S. stamps.
