Hi guys...Just posted this for interest sake..Notice the person who wrote the postcard to his Mom ran out of space and decided to turn the card sideways to finish his writing..Funny thing about it, it is readable from both side..Good idea.

Wondering why there is NO cancellation on the postcard..??

Several thoughts/comments:
Cross writing is fairly common in the 1800s if you watch for it.
I see no evidence the card was ever mailed.
The rectangle on the back looks more like residue from an old fallen-off self-adhesive price sticker.
