I found this stamp last evening.
The Star of Bethleham stamp was issued in dull and fluorescent papers and both paper types were also issued with Winnipeg Centre Bar tagging.

I noticed on the reverse of this dull untagged version a significant spot of fluorescence, which I've outlined in white. The camera image of the reverse under UV lighting doesn't show the fluorescence nearly as bright as with the naked eye.

However, when filmed from the front under UV lighting, the reason for the mysterious spot becomes apparent. The same fluorescence on the reverse appears on the front (the smaller white box within the larger white box). Wherever it came from, it leached from the back through to the front of the stamp.
Many neighbours put up their Christmas lights this weekend and we had our first snow fall last night. Coincidence or omen? - maybe!
